Issue attempting to change email address for account owner.

I am the account owner for a 1P subscription, however when I attempt to change the email address I am presented with the following message:

"Email addresses from this domain are not allowed. Please use a different one or contact your team admin for assistance."

I've tried two different email addresses from different domains and get the same message.
