The sync tab is not shown after installing 1Password on one more computer (Mac)

I have purchased 1Password more than a year ago and I have used it on my private Mac and on my iPhone. I now tried to download the 1Password client on my work computer, a Mac, but then the 'sync' tab is not shown in in preferences. It seem like it doesn't understand that I have a purchased licence, and not a subscription purchase. I don't use 1Password on my other Mac, because I have given it away to my daughter, so if there are any restriction in how many computers it can run on, maybe I can transfer that installation to my job computer.
