Can I revert to 'stand-alone' at expiry of 'subscription' (trial or otherwise)?

I currently have stand-alone licenses for every platform I use (iPad, iPhone, Mac Desktop) and I am interested in looking at the subscription model. If I take up the trial option to test, or even at some point decide not to continue a paid subscription, can I revert back to the stand-alone products - or is this a 1Way (see what I did there) process?

I understand those versions I have paid for would have to still be current, and of course I wouldn't enjoy any features only available in the subscription service, but can I easily revert back to whatever I enjoy today from the stand-alone model.
