Lost a Secure Note on Windows OS

Hey there, the other day (12/17) I created a secure note on the 1 password chrome extension, and when I needed to access it today, the note was gone
This note is not backed up and irretrievable unless I can get some help from you.
Is there anyway someone from IT could run a diagnostics report on 12/17/17 on my account to try and retrieve my lost note?

    I am sorry to hear you bumped into troubles while using 1Password! Let's see what we can do here.

    First of all, could you please specify how did you create your Secure Note in the first place? The current version of 1Password extension does not support the creation of items, you should launch the main app in order to do so.

    Moreover, I was not able to find any 1Password.com subscription-based accounts under your email address. To get a better idea of your current setup, please tell us the OS, 1Password, and device versions you're using, plus the exact steps you were taking to create that note.
