I made a thread about my problem a couple of weeks ago and you guys told me to write back with email. I have replied to your email now, but I'm still waiting for you guys to get back at me.

    Hi @secret_agent_84 -- apologies for the delay in replying to your email; it's the holiday week, and we're pretty short-staffed. Looking quickly, it appears that the major reason for the delay was that we initially replied to you on November 30, but your reply to that email wasn't sent until December 26.
