Cannot add/see family members?? No side bar to click that says members??

Welcome to the forum, @texpic! If you have a 1Password Families membership, instructions for adding family members can be found here. One thing I'll add to them is that you cannot add or remove team members from within the 1Password app itself; you must sign into your account in a browser. Then, you'll see the sidebar with the Members tab.
