Under a family plan, can everybody (not just admin) access their data via a browser?

Obviously everyone on a family plan (both family members and guests) can gain access to their 1P data via the macOS and iOS apps. What about signing in to their accounts via a web browser? Is this something that only the administrator (i.e. the person who's actually paying for the account) can do, or can all family members/guests do so as well?

    All members have access to their respective vaults via, mobile, desktop and web.

    The user has to sign up for their account from a link you sent via the web. At the time they sign up via the web, they are also allowed to set their own Master Password, receive the Secret Key (Account Key) and they print/save (printing is highly encouraged and recommended) their Emergency Kit.

    After that they are sent to the vault view, If I recall correctly.

    Yep, just to confirm what thightower said, all family members can access their data from any of our supported clients, including the web app. :)
