Can’t get saved entries

I had the original version that was discontinued after iOS 11. I updated then and continued to use the app. Sometime in December, in the middle of a move, I was locked out of that version. I ended up deleting that version and getting a monthly subscription. I did have the info backed up in Dropbox, but not as a vault. My problem is that I can’t import that info into 1 Password. All I get when I sync is the vault that was created when I started my subscription.

    @erroderick - sorry to hear about the trouble! That's likely to be an intricate recovery, so to get a better idea of where things stand currently, I'd like to ask you to create some diagnostics reports, one from each of your devices:

    Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support+forum@agilebits.com.

    With your email please include:

    • A link to this thread: https://discussions.agilebits.com/discussion/86523/can-t-get-saved-entries#latest
    • Your forum username: @erroderick
    • Any additional information you think is relevant, such as the type of 1Password-related files you have in Dropbox, as well as anything else.

    That way we can "connect the dots" when we see your diagnostics in our inbox.

    You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number in the subject/title.  Please post that number here so we can track down the diagnostics and ensure that this issue is dealt with quickly. :)
