setting up 1password on my iPhone

I have ben using 1 password for many years on my iMac and had everything syncing fine until I Upgraded to 6.0. I would like to have detailed information on how to get my iphone active again. I have it downloaded but do not understand ho to fill in the blanks
I don't see very well and that doesn't help

    Thanks for taking the time to write in. I’d be happy to help you get 1Password on your iPhone syncing with iCloud again. From the welcome screen instead of selecting 1Password.com under “Already using 1Password?” please scroll down and instead select the iCloud option:

    Please note that you will almost definitely have to scroll down in order to see this option. :)
