1Password 6 Won't Unlock in Windows 10
I am running 1Password 6 in Windows 10. 1Password is working fine in my browser, but when I attempt to open 1Password from my C drive, I enter the correct master password, and it will not unlock. I get no message of any kind; the keyhole icon turns to the right, turns red, then turns back and nothing happens.
I am certain that I am entering the correct password; this same password still works to unlock 1Password in the browser. Any help would be most appreciated.

If you can sign in to your account at 1Password.com in the browser and have all of your data there, please follow the steps in this guide to start over with 1Password 6 app on your PC. After that you should be able to sign in to your account in the app anew.
