My account is frozen but I am subscribed via iTunes

My account shows as frozen in both the iOS app and on my mac, but I have an active iTunes monthly subscription which is due to renew next week.

    @techstuffguru: It sounds like you've either not applied the subscription to your account, or you have more than one and you're not paying for the one you think you are. I'll follow up with you via email and we'll figure this out.
