Search delivers wrong entries [fixed in 1Password 7.0.6]

Every time 1Password is already in use, the search trough all entries delivers the wrong entries. Sometimes a wrong list, sometimes the right entry in the list but when I open it, its the wrong password.
After canceling 1Password all works fine again.

1Password Version: 7.0.5
Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: iOS 11.3 (15E5201e)
Sync Type: iCloud / 1Password4teams

    Please try updating to 1Password 7.0.6. We’ve included a fix in that version that we’re hoping addresses this issue.
