Show Web Forum Details prevents Notes from displaying

When I hit the show web form details button, the contents of Notes disappears from the view. Same with the show/hide previously used passwords buttons.

I have to leave the entry and return to get the Notes back.

Extension Version: neta 4.7.1.2
OS Version: macOS 10.13.4
Sync Type: 1password.com
