Is there a way to reset the password for the desktop app from the iOS version? When I try through the iOS app, it gives me a password changed failed message. It also keeps prompting me that my password is incorrect on my iOS device when logging in. I cannot currently log in the mac app or the web version.

Please help!

@jamesdullaghan: The Master Password cannot be "reset"; the data is encrypted with it. So you will need to enter the Master Password correctly in order to change it to something else. However, please try the tips in this guide as they may help you gain access again:

Alternatively, if you're part of a 1Password Family or Team, another Owner, Organizer, or Admin can help you recover your account, so you can create a new Secret Key and Master Password:

You can try as many times as you want. You won’t be “locked out”, but you will not be able to access your data unless you can enter the required Master Password correctly. Another thing to consider is that you may have setup a different Master Password for your account than what you've been using on your devices. But only you could know what that would be.
