Really old purchase for 9/2016

So I purchased this in 9/2016 - which apparently I have a license and not a secret key - I tried following the directions on the email - help>put in license # etc. this does not work - I know it's been a long time - I actually didn't even know I purchased this until a few days ago (never give your computer kid a CC) anyway - I would like to use it but need to get it loaded well I need to sign into to it - I used to use it - prior to my unknown purchase of the license - just need to know how to over ride this and set it up - thanks Julie

    @JulieAnneRN: Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry for the confusion! While 1Password has no way of knowing whether or not you've purchased it unless you register the app with your license information, the good news is that all you need to do is follow the instructions in the license email you received from your purchase and click the link to automatically install the license in 1Password to register the app and remove the trial restrictions. In that spirit, I've also resent your license information via email. I hope this helps. Be sure to let me know if you have any other questions! :)
