Hi, i'm having some trouble getting the firefox addon installed..

After a reinstall of windows, i can't get the firefox browser addon to install.
Every time I try, i get the message "the addon could not be downloaded because of a connection failure"

I'm using Firefox 64bit, 59.03. I've also tried the firefox beta - 60, with the same result.
Downloading the .crx file manually and attempting to open it via file > open results in firefox reopening the download prompt.

Any help woul dbe much appreciated

    Hi there @numpty,

    Sorry for the troubles!

Please try to use this direct link to download 1Password extension for Firefox. If you see “the add-on could not be downloaded” again, follow the steps in this guide:

If you see “the add-on could not be downloaded” in Firefox

Let me know if it works. Thank you!
