Please delete my account so I can set it up again

Hello,
I had briefly tried 1password trial membership last year. I am now interested in subscribing but do not have my secret key or master password. I am unable to use my email address since it says account already exists. Can you delete my current account so I can use my email address and set it up again? Thanks!

    On which Servers you would like to create the Account?
    .com, .eu or .ca?

    I don't think they can delete an Account without the Masterpassword or Secret Key.
