Family Member Unable to View Shared Vault

Hello. I recently set up a Family account, added a family member, confirmed their membership, and enabled the Shared vault for everyone in the family. The family member is listed as "active," and the vault is marked as "Everyone in your family can view and edit items in this vault." However, the family member cannot see the vault in, 1Password 7 Mac, or 1Password iPhone. What are we missing?
