Asking for Secret Key what i never seen.

Hello, a few mins ago i downloaded 1password app and started the registration.
Just after i confirmed my master password the app got crash.
I opened it again and now its asking for secret key to login, what... secret key?
I never logged in to see it.
And also i can't create a new account now because my email is already using.

What should i do in that case?

    The app crash seems to have caused a problem with the account creation. Since this is private account information, we cannot deal with it here as this is a public forum. What I would like you to do is send an email to support@1password.com with your issue. You will get a response from BitBot with your Support ID. Come back here and post that Support ID and someone will be with you right away.
