Passwords stuck in chrome extension 3.9.21.90... can't export for import into 1Password 6.8.8

in 1Password 3 – 7 for Mac

I was upgraded to a new Macbook Pro yesterday (MacBookPro14,2) from a MacBookPro11,1.

On the old Mac, all my passwords were accesses through an old 1Password Chrome extension (version 3.9.21.90). I do NOT have the 1Password 3 app on my old Mac.

On the new Mac, the old extensions did not come through when we transferred data for the old Mac, so I don't have access to all my passwords and I don't know how to extract them from the 3.9.21.90 extension so I could import them into 1Password 6.8.8 that I installed on the new Mac.

Any idea of how I can get the passwords out of the old extension so I can import them into the 1Password App on my new Mac?

I'd hate to have to recreate everything and start over.
