I bought a membership in 1Password. I did not receive a secret key nor do I remember password.

Hey, so now when I try to upgrade I can't login.

I've tried to clear the vault and try again, but that doesn't delete anything on my 1password.com account.

Do I need to signup with a different email or can you force delete my account so I can start over?

    We can definitely help you out with this, but not here, since we will be dealing with private information. What I would like you to do is send an email to support@1password.com with your issue. You will get a response from BitBot containing a Support ID. Come back and post that ID here so that we can connect the dots and help you out.
