I never received the secret key or emergency kit please help

    If you are using 1PW with a stand-alone licence, you don't have a secret key (or emergency kit).

    If you are using it with a subscription, you will have had a secret key created during set up, and would also have been advised to print out the emergency kit. If you have a subscription, and can get in to your account, you can recover the secret key and emergency kit.

    The program is the same whether you have a licence or a subscription, but the initial set up process is different.

    We really need to know what version of 1PW you are using, whether you used it previously or if this is a new purchase, and whether you have (or are planning to buy) a licence or a subscription. And there is probably other information that would help us to help you. Do you currently have a problem in using 1PW, or are you just enquiring for future reference?

    Just some basic questions while we’re waiting on the staff to reply.

    Do you have a subscription and syncing thru 1password.com?
    That is the only way to get a Secret Key/ Emergency kit.

    If you sync thru Dropbox or iCloud you would not have those.

    @glnelson26: Indeed, It sounds like you may be trying to login with a 1Password Account, but you will only have one if you've signed up for a 1Password.com membership. That’s the only way you’ll have a Secret Key or Sign In URL, or be able to access your data through 1Password.com. Instead, you can use 1Password without an account and sync your data from another device or create a new vault. But either way, if you can provide some details I'm sure we can help. :)
