Need help to switch from individual (iTunes trial) to family account

Hi!
Me and my brother activated a trial of 1password through iTunes. We'd like to switch to a family account.
I found similar discussions of the forum but I read I need your help to do something your end.

We both cancelled our trial subscription a few minutes ago.

1Password Version: 7.0.7
Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: macOS 10.13.6
Sync Type: 1Password account
