Is there anything like TouchID for a desktop Mac?

I guess eventually Apple might make a keyboard with it integrated, but do 1Password support any other similar hardware devices?

    @Heterodyne: 1Password supports only 1st party biometric features, from the OS vendors: Touch ID on iOS and macOS, Face ID on iOS, Nexus Imprint on Android, and the eponymous Windows Hello. We don't have plans to support specific 3rd party devices ourselves, as that would involve a lot more development, testing, and support just to add some fairly niche options. But if Apple decides to allow 3rd parties to provide Touch ID/Face ID peripherals that could work. I just don't see that happening. Windows Hello, on the other hand, (by necessity) supports many 3rd party biometric devices, so those can work with 1Password as well if they are up to spec for Windows Hello. I hope this helps.
