The past two days I have made a significant amount of changes to a number of accounts. I have three installations of 1P (7.1.1), macOS, W10, and iOS. All the changes were made on the macOS (7.0.7) or W10 (7.1.567) installations. Today I noticed that at least a few of the changes have not synced with my iOS installation.

Given I am using the subscription service, I am not seeing a sync option that I would have seen back in the days when I did Dropbox. Any thoughts on how to get my iOS device back on track?

@LTParis - sorry for the trouble you're experiencing! Given the fact that you have 1Password on three different platforms, and you've made a number of recent changes, I'd like to ask you to create some diagnostics reports, one from each of your devices.

    —Mac—
    https://support.1password.com/diagnostics/?mac

    —iOS—
    https://support.1password.com/diagnostics/?ios

    —Windows—

Please add the following code (including the square brackets) to the Subject line of your diagnostics emails before sending them:

    [#MDK-93142-725]

This will link your diagnostics to our current discussion. We'll take a look and let you know what we find out.

For anyone else reading, please note: this ID is for @RTParis only. If you’re experiencing the same issue and need help, please ask us for your own ID.

I ended up resolving it by deleting the iOS app and reinstalling it. My best guess is that it was still caching my old password because I would reboot it, open 1P, and it would ask for my password again. I would enter the new master password I made, It would go in, but not see changes.

@LTParis Thanks for the update. That's excellent news! I’d like to be able to say I’m glad I helped you get things squared away, but since you appear to have solved the problem by yourself, I can’t hardly claim any credit for it. ;) However, around here, we’ve learned to call a win a win whether we had a hand in it or not.

So, congratulations! Keep an eye on things and please let us know if the problem recurs or if there's anything further we can do to assist you. Have a great weekend!
