Family vault can't be viewed by family member.

We recently set up a family vault. On the administrator's end, it looks like everything is set up properly: the family member's name is visible and it says the family member can view and edit items. However, the family member's account only shows their personal vault, after following the process initiated by the family vault invitation email. What are we doing wrong?

    Hello @mfowler

    Has the family member been confirmed by a Family Organizer? When an account is created, an email is sent to the account admin to confirm the member. Only once confirmed will they be able to see shared vaults.
