Support should document using `keybase` to verify signature

The Getting started documentation tells me how to verify op's signature using gpg. It might be nice to also offer instructions using Keybase. Assuming gpg is installed, the keybase method looks like


(You might also consider including a Keybase saltpack signature in addition to the GPG signature so Keybase users can verify it without having to install gpg).
