Fields missing in 1Password on Windows, present on Android app

I have a standalone version of 1Password but when I used it today, all my information is invisible. I checked my Android app and it is there, but it isn't readable on the Windows app. I have reinstalled 1Password, I have exported my working vault and reimported it and I have reinstalled and resynced DropBox. How can I fix this issue?

    @dairehardesty: Did you recently convert from AgileKeychain to OPVault on Android, by chance? It sounds like 1Password for Android converted your vault and 1Password for Windows is still pointed to the (now unreadable) old Agile Keychain. Give this a try:

    1. Open 1Password 4 for Windows.
    2. Choose File > Open 1Password vault.
    3. Navigate to your vault's location on Dropbox.
    4. Open the folder here with a name ending in .opvault.
