I can no longer access my account and all my information...? Why is that?

It seems since I got the new iphone, I've been unable to access my 1password account and all the sensitive information off of it. Now it's asking me for security keys and information I've never needed.

    Hi @mattyo,

    Do you have a 1Password subscription membership? If you do then you’ll have all of the credentials needed to sign in. If you do not then we do not store your data, and there is nothing to sign in to. From the welcome screen you’d need to scroll down and select the same sync option that you had established previously (e.x. Dropbox or iCloud).
