How do I export my archive from 1Password.com and start syncing over iCloud?

I prefer to keep my data more local, and have all of my data in 1Password.com. I tried to look up how to export my backup, but the articles online seemed to be only for past versions.

When I'm on my iPhone, on the latest iOS, it won't let me sign out of my 1Password.com account. The Sign Out option is greyed out so I can't click it. Also, I can't find where I can add my primary vault from iCloud. Thank you for your help!

I am using the current Mac OS version to export the archive. I'm on Mojave.
