Fraud! Payment automatically switched to annual without my agreement.

Automatically changed the monthly payment for the annual and was immediately paid!
This is a fraud! I demand to return the money.

    @AkcyZe: No, but I'm sorry for the confusion. It isn't actually possible for us to change your payment settings on our end. You'd need to do that yourself, either through your account on the website:

    https://start.1password.com/billing

    Or through your Apple ID, if you've subscribed through the App Store:

    https://support.1password.com/apple-subscription/

    You can set your subscription to the plan you want that way. I'll also follow up with you via email in case we need to discuss any account details.

  • LoL what ? I only visited the site when I bought a subscription for a month. I saw you have the same topics. I am not the first person with such a problem.
