Migration to 1Password 7, Created Duplicates on iPhone

I recently migrated both my iPhone and my MacBook Pro to 1Password 7.

My iPhone 1Password has duplicates for every login, password, note, etc. I think this has something to do with the vaults??

How do I get rid of the duplicates? Can I get rid of duplicates by switching vaults on or off, on my iPhone? What is the difference between "primary" and "personal" vaults? How should my vault settings be set up?
