I have been switched to annual payment and want a refund

My subscription was switched to annual even though I selected monthly payments during sign-up process. I have sent an email 3 days ago ( [#NGR-43634-273]) and still no response from the team. At first I just wanted to switch to monthly but you guys have disappointed a user that was happy. I want a refund on the annual license and please cancel my account.
