Changing Email in 1Password7

I am a long time user and had a licence for all previous versions. I upgraded to 1Password7 and it works fine .
I need to change my primary email address . I have gone through the process and received the token but the "change email address" button is still greyed out.
Can you help please.

    I wasn't able to find a 1Password account attached to your email address. You said you've had licenses for our previous versions, but you have a subscription now?
