Hi - My internet went down when I was in the middle of signing up last. It looks like the account was created but I never received a secret key or an emergency kit or anything so I can't sign into my account, but I also can't create a new one because it says an account already exists. Can you please just cancel my account so I can begin the sign up process again? Thanks
