Using 1Password7 family plan on Safari on iMac, MacBook, & iPhone all running without problems. Trying Firefox on iMac but do not see information on how to make helper app work. Some questions:
1. how do you download 1Password7 to Firefox without creating a new copy of 1Password7 with a new trial period?

  1. Is the icon for 1Password the same as Safari? Running 1Password 7

    Hi Hawk713,

    To use 1Password with Firefox, download the 1Password extension from here:
    https://1password.com/browsers/firefox/

    This extension connects the Firefox browser to your already-installed 1Password application.

    There is a different Firefox extension called "1Password X" that only works with subscription accounts. It sounds to me like you may have installed that extension instead, which is causing the confusion.
