Kensington VeriMark fingerprint reader for Windows Hello

Hi, I'm thinking on buying a Kensington VeriMark fingerprint-reader for my WIN10-PC (1809 release).

On the website of the product , https://www.kensington.com/p/products/security/biometric/Kensington-VeriMark-Fingerprint-Key-Supporting-Windows-Hello--FIDO-U2F-for-Universal-2nd-Factor-/ , I see that they are saying that this product is compatible with a number of password-managers. So I'm wondering whether this device can also work with 1Password.

    Hi @eocula,

Thanks for writing in to ask first.

If it integrates with the Windows Hello, then it will work fine with 1Password. Windows Hello will handle the hardware side while integrating with software that supports Windows Hello; in other words; any hardware that says it supports Windows Hello, any software with Hello support will be able to use it.

The only exception is the U2F, it is not something we support in 1Password yet.
