Why is my extension not working ?

Hello, I have bought a stand alone license for 1Password 7 for Mac in October 2018 (order n° [redacted by 1Password; this is a public forum]) and everything worked smoothly but these last days, I cannot use the extension on Safari, indeed when I open it and want to fill form or log in somewhere, I systematically get a splash screen inviting me to connect to my account or to buy a license. If I try to follow the links, I am invited to give a secret code that I do not have since I have a license not a membership.

    @Craft - I'm sorry for the trouble! It sounds very much as if you haven't applied the license in 1Password for Mac itself. If you click 1Password > License from the menubar of your Mac in 1Password, do you see your license there? If not, locate the original email you received from FastSpring when you purchased, and there will be a link at the bottom of that to apply the license file. Let me know what you discover!
