Unsecured Websites not working correctly

I've been going thru my Unsecured Websites one-by-one to update them, but for some reason the "Make https" button does NOT work. For each site I click the "Make https" button and almost always get a dialog box "This website may not support https or could be offline." I can then click on Close, then click on the website URL (which are all "http://..." to open and fill. In almost every case the website opens to an https: prefix with the lock icon (Safari).

At first I thought this might be just for some websites but it's been happening for almost every one. For example, "http://www.amazon.com" tells me the website does not support https yet it clearly does. I can hit "Change anyway" but this is not the way to resolve this issue.

  • Hi @krgraham ,

I just checked in the latest version and the issue seems to be resolved. Can you try with the latest beta and see if the problem still happens. If it does happen, please confirm that the site in question actually does have an https counterpart.

    Thanks,
    Kevin

Appears to be fixed in latest beta, although I've cleaned up most of the sites since the previous report, but there were a few left which seem to work now.
