    Hi @andlaz,

Do you see "1Password for Windows desktop has stopped working" error message, when 1Password 7 crashes on your PC?

If so, please try to reproduce the crash and save a log from Event Viewer on your computer. Send this crash log in an email message addressed to support+windows@agilebits.com. It will be really helpful.

You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here so we can track down the report and ensure that this issue is dealt with quickly.

    Cheers,
    Greg

  • It sounds like you have two separate issues here, @andlaz. The message in your screenshot is a known issue that seems specifically related to Edge that we're in the process of investigating, but I'm not aware of it leading to the high CPU usage you're seeing. If you disable the Edge extension, are you able to reproduce either the message displaying or the high CPU usage? Thanks!

I'm seeing the high CPU issue right now. Happens after the app auto-restarts. Here's an event log from the crash, i'll send the dump in e-mail ( rather not post it here )
