I want to add an additional computer to my personal account. How do I do this?

I have a personal account with my Mac and tablet and phone. I now have a gaming computer that I will also take along when I travel. How do I add it to my account so I have all the passwords easily accessible? It is a Windows computer that I would add. How do I add this device?
