I used Auth Anvil as a two factor Auth for 1 password and now I am no longer able to use it

I was using Auth Anvil as my two-factor authenticator. I then purchased a new phone and I am no longer able to use authg anvil as the subscription was from my company who no longer uses it. I cannot generate a code on my account to use it. What can I do?

  • We're not able to help with 2FA on the forum, @pizzie73, since we need to take some extra steps in these cases to verify your identity which we can't do on a public forum. If you can send an e-mail from the e-mail address registered to your account to support@1password.com specifically mentioning you've lost access to your 2FA app, however, we can absolutely help out over e-mail.
