Some items not searchable from Mini
My company uses 1Password for Teams to share credentials. We recently had a scenario come up where certain team members seemingly couldn't locate items in a shared vault. Most folks reported no problem searching using the title and finding the item, but a couple did.
After some digging, we discovered that the users who couldn't find the credentials were using Mini to do their searching, while everyone else was using the full Mac app to search.
It seems that certain items aren't indexed from Mini. Is this a known issue? Perhaps something to do with special characters?

Hi @chris_free,
From the main 1Password for Mac window can you try editing one of the items the team members have reported and see if the now visible display option is set at its default of Suggest in browser or if it is set to Never suggest in browser. If it is the latter then resetting to suggest in browser should correct it and allow the item to be searched from 1Password mini by everybody. If it doesn't turn out to be that please let us know but there is a good chance this may be the culprit.

Don't feel bad. It's one of those things where once you know it seems pretty simple but this one has caught a number of people out and that was in cases where it was a one person vault so it must have been that user that had either intentionally or unintentionally altered the setting. Once you move up to a shared vault between multiple members one person could have altered it and several others may have never realised the option exists at all. The option's discoverability is not great.
At least we were able to help solve the puzzle though and restore sensible behaviour in 1Password :smile:
