MacOS - 1pass keeps crashing with Chrome extension

Lately the 1pass extension keeps crashing when trying to fill in Chrome (75.0.3770.142 64 bit). It's not every time but something like 3-5 times a day, and it's getting seriously annoying! I keep submitting the bug reports, but I'm not sure they're getting through - please let me know if I can upload logs or whatever else might help.

    Perhaps a diagnostics report from your Mac will help. Can you please generate one and send it to support+forum@agilebits.com so we can take a look at the logs and see why this is happening to you?
