How long does it typically take to get a response from Customer Service? I sent an email on Monday, and besides the auto-reply, I have not heard anything? Not a great start to using 1Password...

@rnetwal5: It can vary, especially with holidays, weekends, and the subject matter, but it doesn't really take that long. When you send multiple messages you're just pushing yourself back to the "newest" part of the inbox, unfortunately. I'll get back to you there shorty. Thanks for your patience.
