No matches and no filling

Hi,

I have the problem that when I visit a website 1Password Extension dosen't show any results and the search can't find any result. When I open 1Password on top of the status bar and search it the result is there but clicking on it the browser opens and there is no auto fill.

My colleague has the same problem. We have a subscription:

Your subscription is active
You are on the Teams Plan, billed monthly on the 22nd.

Paid users: 19 members User counts are updated once a day.

1Password Version: 6.8.8
Extension Version: 4.7.5.90
OS Version: OSX 10.14.5
Sync Type: iCloud

  • Hey @mat0rger! Based on your last image, that looks like a screenshot of 1Password 6. If you are a part of a 1Password Teams account, you should upgrade to 1Password 7 so you are on the latest version of 1Password.

    That aside, if you log in to your 1Password account, do you see your data there? I just want to make sure that your data is actually in your 1Password account and not stored locally. :smile:
