Getting a subscription.

I have three Macs and up and till recently I have not had problem with 1Password. The problem is that I replaced a hard drive in my Mac mini and have had no end of problems trying to install 1Password 6. It will not take my secret key from one of my other Mac. Tried doing a diagnostics and sent it to 1Password and didn't get a very helpful response from support. Anyway thought if I subscribed it would solve my problems. Did that I still have the same problem. So I GETTING REALLY FRUSTRATED AS NOTHING WORKS AND I WORSE STILL I'VE SUBSCRIBED!!!!!!!!!

    @amidabrian: Indeed, Lars never heard back from you when he asked for clarification on the trouble you were having. So we're not having the same conversation in multiple places (which, honestly, makes it harder to help everyone -- including you), I'll close this and follow up with you via email to find out what I can do to assist.
