Hi folks...my 1Passport version 4.0 keep crashing after I put in my password. help?
When I put in my passowrd, it crashes. I went back and tried an earlier version but I get a corrupted message. Would like to move upo to vers. 7.0 but I need data from Vers. 4.0 to do so, but can't get into 4.0. Help.

Were you syncing your 1Password data somewhere such as iCloud or Dropbox?

Should I see if I can run it off the Dropbox...even though I have used my desk top since then?

If you have your data in Dropbox, you should be able to import it directly in version 7. Please download 1Password 7 from our website and install it. After installing it, open it and you will see a list of options in the first screen. Choose the Dropbox option there to import your data.
