OTP Fill wrong number on Just Chrome Extention

in 1Password 7 for Windows

today I have Wired Issue, I Fresh install my Windows 10, after installing 1Password X and logining it. every site asks me OTP it fills the Wrong number but 1Password App on my iPhone Generate Correct OTP Number! I don't know what happens!
