Getting back my money

My son entered my account ( it was open on a pc tab) and paid fo the annual membership, I soon canceld the membership but now it says that I have 38,90 USD on my balance. I want my money back on the credit card, i don't need them as account balance. What should I do?

    Subscription payments are generally non-refundable but I'd encourage you to reach out to our billing team at support+billing@1password.com to see if they can help. I would also recommend:

    1. Not leaving your account open and unattended
    2. Revoking access to your credit card from anyone using it in ways which you don't intend

    So now i actually have 38.90 USD on my account and i can use that only for 1 password puchases????
